Priyanka Chopra In Khatron Ke Khiladi: Priyanka Chopra recently introduced the celebrities who would be the participants of COLORS channel reality show Fear Factor – Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 3 at Filmistan Studios in Goregaon, Mumbai. This season the show promises to be even more dangerous than before. The thirteen sizzling beauties who were the participants of the show in the last season have been replaced by some macho male contestants. Apart from celebrities like Milind Soman, Cyrus Broacha, Shabbir Ahluwalia, Rahul Dev, Rahul Bose, Dino Morea, Ritwik Bhattacharya, Karan Singh Grover, Abhishek Kapoor, Terence Lewis, Manjot Singh and Armaan Ebrahim, the show is also touted to have roped in some cricketers as their participants.

Priyanka Chopra as the host. She will be hosting a TV show for the first time. The previous season of Khatron Ke Khiladi was hosted by Akshay Kumar. According to sources Priyanka Chopra is said to be receiving a whopping Rs. 1-3 crores to host this TV show.

Priyanka Chopra Chilling Role In Her Next Movie: She's hardly the dost-host in Rio de Janeiro where the stunts for Khatron Ke Khiladi (Fear Factor) are being shot.According to news filtering out of the beaches of Copacabana where the first batch of stunts were shot last week with the 13 contestants, hostess Priyanka Chopra was not kidding when she had said she would make the contestants hate her with her instructions. According to at least 2 contestants who spoke from the location, Priyanka has transformed into quite a whip-wielding dictator in the sizzling climes of Brazil. She makes the contestants work relentlessly and hardly provides them with a moment of breather to replenish their energy.

Says one of the exhausted contestants, "She carries not a whip, but a whistle which is as good as whip. The whistle is with her throughout from 7.30 am in the morning till late evening when we pack up. And she uses the whistle to intimidate us like no other woman in our lives has ever intimidated us." In fact the contestants are so fed up of the whistle that they plan to steal it and throw it in the ocean.

Vipul Shah: Independence to me means freedom to live, freedom to express myself and freedom to fight anything that is disturbing the society.

Farah Khan: For me, independence means that I am allowed to live the life I want to, say what I want to and not have the fear that someone can stop me from saying anything that's in my heart.

PC had walked out of the film after shooting for it for three days." He never forgave her walking out of his film. The producer of Naam, Dinesh Patel is the actor's good friend and her walkout had created financial issues for the producer.

Is Akshay Kumar avoiding Priyanka Chopra?

Bollywood celebs Priyanka Chopra and Akshay Kumar may avoid crossing each others path in party circle but as destiny had it, co-incidentally their television shows were slotted to air at the same time and weekday was reported.

However, the news of Akshay’s show Master cook India on Star Plus which is the Indian version of Top Chef that aired on AXN was expected to go on air in the same time period and on the same weekday that of Priyanka Chopra’s Khatron Ke Khiladi on Colors.

And now the buzz is that the show will now be aired on weekends. The time slot and the launch date has not yet been finalised. Akshay’s spokesperson says that the show was to never conflict with Priyanka’s show.

In fact, the actor has left it to the channel to choose on the time slot, date of launch etc.

Priyanka Chopra to look like her grandmother

She will age gracefully and will look like her granny! Yes, in Vishal Bhardawaj’s film Saat Khoon Maaf, the 65-year-old Priyanka Chopra will be made to look like her grandmother.

The special team of make-up artists for ‘Saat Khoon Maaf’ worked on Priyanka’s aged look and as per reports took her grandmother’s pics to use as reference for her authentic look.

A source is quoted as saying, “They did a couple of images on the computer to show the natural transition from 30 to 65. Then they used her (Priyanka) grandmother’s photo to try.

And make her look as close to her as possible.” The final results were compelling. To guard Priyanka’s seven looks in the film Vishal has banned camera cell phones on the sets.

Tango time for Priyanka Chopra

Priyanka Chopra will be seen doing the tango in Vishal Bhardwaj's Saat Khoon Maaf. A sequence in the film requires PC to perform the South American dance form. Ever since she got back from her schedule in Coorg, the actress has been watching videos.

And is trying to master the steps. This is the first time she is learning to learn a special dance form for a film. She's has always always loved watching people do the intricate steps in English films and is quite excited about being trained by a professional tango dancer.

Making efforts The dance is important to the script (perhaps like the one in Scent Of A Woman) which is why PC is making the effort to master the dance rather than do an impromptu jig on the sets. Says an insider, "Vishal is very particular about every minute detail. When he wrote the scene, he was very clear that his leading lady had to perform the tango like an expert."

The actress won't be seen doing the dance with any of her on-screen husbands like John Abraham, Naseeruddin Shah, Irrfan Khan or others. "She dances with a supporting character. Since the tango is all about chemistry between the partners, PC has been making efforts to involve the actor in the rehearsals as well."
Priyanka confirms, "Yes, I am learning the tango and quite excited about it."

What is the tango? Tango is a dance that has influences from Spanish and African culture. Dances from the candomble ceremonies of former slave peoples helped shape the modern day Tango. The dance originated in lower-class districts of Buenos Aires. The music derives from the fusion of various forms of music from Europe.
